BUG REPORT

CPU/RAM/Operating System: 500mhz/386/Win 98 SE
Hard Drive Space: > 8 gigs
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: NVidia GForce2
Version of GTKRadiant: GTKRadiantSetup-1.2.11Q3RTCW

Error:
The Install Shield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The system could not read from the specified device. 

Cause of Error:
Downloaded files and attempted to run. I'm reasonably sure it's not the specific file's problem, I've redownloaded from multiple locations. Restarting this machine also failed. I apologize for this perhaps not being a strictly applicable question, help would still be appreciated. Thanks
