[Gtkradiant] GTK-Wimp

Downloaded and installed GTK-Wimp today (http://gtk-wimp.sourceforge.net/).
It uses native Win32 widget drawing where possible, including XP themes.

It themes GtkRadiant 1.3.11 just fine, the only bug I saw being invisible
text in the preferences window when a prefs item was selected.

I mirrored a copy of it on my site here:

Unzip into your GtkRadiant-1.3 directory and fire up GtkRadiant.

Maybe we should include this with our Win32 distributions?
