all the GtkRadiant stuff will be switching to Subversion 'soon'

Suversion is a CVS replacement with several major improvements (in terms of
performance and functionality). Subversion is reaching stability (beta is
expected 'soon'), and there are several svn-specific features that the
GtkRadiant project needs.

Currently experimenting with scripts to convert CVS repositories to SVN
repositories. Once the repository convert script is tested and considered valid,
and the CVS is in a 'good' state (i.e. no important pending checkins), the CVS
will be taken down for conversion, and will reappear as a Subversion repository.

This todo item to track the process.
