[Gtkradiant] experimental gtk2 setup

Finally. There is a setup for a Gtk2 version of GtkRadiant. It's not 
officially out yet, as I'd want users here to get it first and isolate 
any obvious issues.

This will install independently from 1.2 and 1.3, in it's own 
GtkRadiant-1.3-gtk2 core directory. So you can test that without 
breaking other setup.

You are going to need BitTorrent to download if you don't have it
