[Gtkradiant] CVS: Fixing fucked up CRLF formatting

I use Visual Studio to edit files on my Linux box mounted over Samba, so I
have one working tree for edit/builds on both platforms.

For some reason, files occasionally get turned into DOS mode. I have a
cleaner script that makes sure all files are Unix LF before I do any CVS
ops, but I guess one slipped through.

Sorry... :)
