[Gtkradiant] [Bug 962] New: Installing 1.4.0-RC2 and then uninstalling 1.3.13 messes with 1.4.0

If one installs 1.4.0-RC2 and then uninstalls 1.3.13 (Both in seperate
directories), the uninstall of 1.3.13 totally borks 1.4.0.  I assume this has to
do with registry settings.  I advise against using the registry as it is an
unruly mess, or at least make each version have it's own directory/section
thingy in the Registry.
