Since 1.3.11, most of the work on 1.3 has been focused on fixing bugs and
improving minor things (except for the addition of Quake II and Heretic II
support by Nurail). We are at a point were a new stable release can be
made, so here's what's happening:

As we use an odd/even numbering scheme for developement/stable releases,
our new stable release will be the 1.4 series. The SVN repository has been
tagged and branched, all the modules now have a branches/1.4 path, which
is where the source will be taken for new builds.

There are currently 1.3.14 test builds on the bittorrent tracker (
http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/BT/torrents/test ). I'll rebuild those with
a 1.4 version tag.

Spog has been working on spog_branch for a while now, and that code is
already fairly different from 1.4. This is what will be the new 1.5
developement version. It should be merged back into trunk. I don't know
what my level of involvement in 1.5 will be, probably not much.

And a last thing, I created a radiant-announce mailing list:
http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/radiant-announce

This one will receive major announcements (like this mail, availability of
test builds, new releases and such). Suitable if you're not the developer
type, but want to stay in touch with the project.

TTimo
