[Gtkradiant] HL support, some notes

ok, this is great!

I'd just like to thank TTimo, iD software for allowing HalfLife support in
GtkRadiant and everyone else from #gtkradiant that's helped me to contribute
to GtkRadiant!

I'm half-way though creating my first map for halflife as we speak, and it's
a joy to use so far!
