ok, stoopid question time: why can't we have our cake and eat it ? why can't we have both the -root and -path options in addition to the -fs_basepath -fs_game options ? sure, ttimo and the majority of other users out there don't want to change their batch files, so we need to have a fallback if -root and -path options are NOT specified. just thinking out-loud..
