I found this in the console, I don't think it was posted with the other console 
log:

HoloMatch mapping mode. Ignoring 'hm_entities.def'

Shouldn't this read Ignoring 'sp_entities.def'?
Actually, the two lines above it are interesting too:

ScanFile: C:/PROGRA~1/RAVEN/STARTR~1/BASEEF/scripts/sp_entities.def
ScanFile: C:/PROGRA~1/RAVEN/STARTR~1/BASEEF/scripts/mp_entities.def
HoloMatch mapping mode. Ignoring 'hm_entities.def'

so hm_entities doesn't exist.  Does this help the situation at all?
