in PreloadShaders() from QERApp_ReloadShaders, GSList* l_shaderfiles is NULL
when using Textures > Flush & Reload Shaders. No shaders get loaded... should
be a simple fix. Add to this bug: only brush face and patch shaders are re-
assigned. md3 model shader pointers are not reassigned, so they point at random
shaders (or potentially NULL which would crash).
