Summary: Shaders are screwed after 'Textures > Flush & Reload
                    Shaders'
           Product: GtkRadiant
           Version: 1.1-TA
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: editor
        AssignedTo: ttimo@idsoftware.com
        ReportedBy: gefdavis@dingoblue.net.au

1.1.1-RC2
To reproduce:
Load common shaders, create 2 or 3 brushes with different shaders, eg; caulk
and player clip. Then select 'Textures > Flush & Reload Shaders".

Note: The above steps are only a simple way to reproduce it, the effects are the same regardless of whats loaded, or when the shaders are reloaded.

The currently loaded shaders and every shader loaded after that,
will appear to radiant to just be a texture/image & will be displayed
without the white border. Tranparent shaders (eg: player clip) are no
longer transparent. Some shaders will use the "shader image missing"
texture, base_wall/bluemetal1b_chrome is one of those.

I've spent some time looking through the shader stuff in radiant hoping to
have some idea of where to look to fix the prob before I submitted it as a
bug. No such luck.

Gef :]
