[Gtkradiant] [Bug 91] Redisperse rows Function broken?

The redisperse function was changed to redisperse only pink points - It's 
really much more useful like that.
To move the green points, hit V, hold SHIFT and left-click on a point until it 
selects the whole row, then hit ctrl+g to snap the row to the grid if required, 
then drag the row to the position you want it. Finally, redisperse rows again 
to move the pink points halfway between the green points
