Minimise, maximise and restore are missing from each floating window in 
floating-windows mode (in win32). This is partly because they're not real 
windows... they don't appear on the win32 taskbar either. However, it would be 
very useful to have these commands for each window, along with the standard 
win32 Maximise and Minimise/Restore buttons in addition to the Close button.
This isn't a bug, but it's a useful feature from Q3Radiant that we're missing.
For example, when you want to maximise the camera window or the XY window to 
get a fullscreen view, without losing the previous position/size of the window.
