for SI, we could grey out / disable the dialog as a whole if no brush is selected.

we could also disable the ent inspector when nothing is selected.

I'm not sure those two are relevant .. they don't really change anything to
usability, and the core <-> inspectors interaction will have to be cleaned up
and rewritten at some point .. so .. wontfix.

Things that need to be fixed for 1.1-TA.1 though:

- changing a key doesn't change all selected entities
- remember last key/val entered by the user
- texture name field in inspectors .. edit and copy/paste
