[Gtkradiant] status

Short status update .. the web stuff is on it's way. Spog has been
contributing a LOT of patches lately, and the Gtk win32 issues are
supposed to be fixed. So it looks like a new release could be available
soon.

I can't build setup and take care of release before at best next week.
I'm completely swamped by next Q3 point release, then I'm out for
vacations in Spain for a while. Hopefully when I come back we will send
something out.
