[Gtkradiant] possible gensurf patch

I just need to sort out who is available to do stuff. It is probably a good 
thing to open a bug report on the new bug tracker 
http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/bugzilla (we don't use fenris anymore) and 
have those issues there and ready for someone to get involved. So you can 
probably just do that :-)

This mailing list is now open to the public. I felt it was a required step 
to keep new contributors coming. My time is split between working on the Q3 
engine and the editor now, I might not be able to do as much on the editor 
as I woudl like to.
