[Gtkradiant] possible gensurf patch

I'm waiting on a reply from the guy - he didn't say which version he was
using but I assume its gtk as the Win32 version doesn't do that. I told him
of the bug list so something might turn up there.
"gensurf coding free time"... heh... the main reason for going public with
the source was so I could delete Q3 from my system :). If there's someone
else working on it, great. If there's not I can do it but it will have to be
