[Gtkradiant] bugzilla server running on zerowing

We have a bug tracking server running on zerowing. You can check it out at 
http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/bugzilla

Starting now, this server is replacing the one at Loki. There are three 
basic components so far, for editor, setup scripts and web organisation. We 
could also use that for QERadiant.com as a task list manager. Spog moved 
the bugs from Loki's fenris to the new server so it's ready to roll.
