icculus.org hack

For those that don't know icculus.org got hacked.  Since it's back up
now I verified that CVS is still good so don't worry about that.  I am
keeping a "before" directory just in case anyone notices something
freaky.

The Freespace 1 files and update binaries have not been changed in any
way, though you can't get to them at the moment.  Once they are publicly
available again I will verify that they still match what I have locally,
but I think that's just being anal of me.
