Multiple IP & same port

Hey All:
  Our group has a server with multiple ip addresses and we are tying to run
2 different servers on both ip addresses but using the same port.  Is this
possible?
I am setting net_port and net_ip in the startup, but the second one to start
always automatically jumps the port up by one.
