* unbreak rewolf/
* Implemented GCChemGunGlob, which mostly complete
already. The US manual described the inner workings
of the chemical gun well enough. Only missing some
audiovisual components and organic/metal dmg multipliers
being applied. Looks like the missile launcher will take more
work than the Chem Gun which is not what I had expected.
* rewolf/hud.dat now exists and handles the GC HUD
* valve/hud.dat now exists and handles the HL1 HUD for RT
