* damage/blood impacts handled through surfacedata
* fix engine crash in QC where in_cur_entnum is not unset (Spoike, please fix)
* NSProjectile now doesn't spawn arrows etc. when impacting monsters
* fix falldamage not occuring
* NSWeapon can now detect firing start/stop reliably
* NSWeapon overridable reload speed 'reloadTime'
