* fix client crash that happens when info_intermission has no target
super shotgun viewmodel screws up
teleporters need to be able to telefrag
server needs trail/particle files
glowshell on viewmodels have wrong colors
powerup sounds may not be accurate?
crowbar p model shows in 1st person on hit?
testserver is not loading all player models?
FreeCS work this week:
* hostages need better pathfinding
* add nodes to the maps for them to follow
* chicken hitbox renders
* italy bottles don't de-render?
* env_shooter should be more accurate to HLs now
* viewmodel in first person spectator does not rotate
* ambient sounds are not working?
ensure rate setting is sensible
timer should (visually) change to countdown timer?
VIP does not have the right model set!
doors in es_jail busted
convert more sounds to soundDef
mounted guns need better exit state
csprogs.dat will not be dowloaded from dlcache. Spoike pls fix
