PAM + Yubikey

If you're thinking about setting up your Yubikey with PAM, there's
a few different ways - one of them involving the Yubico specific Client-ID
stuff (which you don't want to use) and then the U2F module (that you
wish you hadn't set up).

For the U2F module alone I needed to get 3 additional dependencies related
to it (libfifo and all that jazz) where as the Yubico specific thing required
1 additional dependency which has been marked as deprecated.

Considering you can do all this out of the box on OpenBSD, I am wondering
where we all went wrong.

Nuclide/FreeHL game tat:
- Gunman weapons still need more work!
- Team Fortress support is laughable in the weapons department, core ents
  needs more testing (2fort works perfectly last time I tried)
- Poke646 is practically on halt until the other two are done

Counter-Strike still has animation oddities I need to look at with Spoike.
It's related to how we compose the animation blends in-engine. The basebone
field manipulation crap kinda sucks. You shoot a gun while crouch and your legs
which are _NOT_ supposed to move, bob back and forth. What's going on there?
