Quake Tools Updated
Age old Quake tools updated here:

I've licensed it all under the MIT license.
It's not like I'm all that concerned about how people use it and stuff, just
don't expect me to maintain them at a constant pace.
I made most edits (mainly mechanisms to prevent you from running it on
unsupported files) earlier today. Other than that very little is new.
I might hack in support for Half-Life its sprite format into tga2spr, as
all Valve does differently is put a palette before each frame. The spec
suggests it even the variable framerate thing. No freaking clue if their engine
respects anything but the first value though.
