[ut3] An expansion is coming to UT3

Well considering that Epic hasn't abandoned UT3 and that the quote in 
question here never gave any kind of a timeline, I'd just say he didn't 
lie. But I consider it neither here nor there when thinking about 
whether your purchase was caused by Epic or yourself.
