    We've been lead to believe that it is NOT the developer's fault (or a lack
    of developer availability). So throwing more bodies at it wouldn't help
    (even if you are just making a joke).

  The main problem that there is no progress-tracking available. We don't even know what's going on.
  If there would be a bit more public information, it would be much easier to take.
