[ut3] Packet Loss problems with new test ut3-bin.

I have the same problem. The error I get in the server console that
corresponds to the lag, random teleporting, packet loss is:
*
ScriptLog: # - Attempting to sync up the weapon*

This error repeats until the, lets say "lag", stops and then the server
runs fine. Seems to happen much more frequently after about 20 players
are on the server. Bandwidth and processor loads are all within norms
during this phenomenon. This is a big problem and I'm seeing a lot of
talk about it from different angles on the forums!

Is there a fix in the pipe?
