[ut3] Older Linux Servers

To connect without the browser, open the command line and type:

open IPaddress:7777

Hit enter.

Keep in mind that there is currently a bug where the server boots the
players and does not accept connections, but runs and reports itself as fine
to the master server. So if you can't connect, and the server seems fine,
that probably has happened.

We've been seeing this whenever a player leaves and then reconnects, and
this includes when the maps cycle, as well as mid-game.
