[ut3] Connection Failed

Does netstat show port 14000 open..  Thats the lan broadcast port..  Also
"Init: Sockets: I am lizzy (127.0.0.1:0)"  dosn't look right..  maybe needes
a -multihome on the end.  Could be wrong.. but Might be worth a shot.  And
no.. it should take only a few seconds  for the server to come up read for
play.. 5 mins means there is a problem.
