[ut3] UT3 Linux empty but taking 20% cpu ?

I'm seeing 2-3% CPU utilization at idle and 316MB memory usage.
The system is using dual 2.0GHz dual-core CPUs, and I believe that
figure is based on the capacity of a single core.
