[ut2004] linux fps

Alex, thanks a lot. That worked perfectly for me. I now have my fps locked
at 62fps (although i have no idea where its getting that from as i have
vsync set to 75 in the xorg and nvidia settings). However, thanks again, I
really appreciate it. And if you're ever planning a trip to  Ireland look us
up either at the site or pop into #unreal.ie on quakenet and I'm sure we can
arrange a few pints ;)
