[ut2004] Video

Oh and by the way, my laptop (Intel Core Duo 1.6 GHz) has CONFIG_HZ
set to 100 and that has always worked just fine for me. Jerky video
and periodic lag is more symptomatic of not enough memory and/or a
slow hard drive and/or not enough swap space.

If you're running low on memory, make sure you kill off memory hogs
like Firefox, and if you're REALLY low, you might want to exit your
graphical session entirely and from a text console run "xinit [path to
ut2004] -- :1". That way UT2004 runs without KDE or whatever in the
background.
