After installing Mod all Maps and other Mods are gone

I've installed a lot of Mods. The last one was Clone Bandits 
http://www.demiurgestudios.com/CloneBandits/gameplay_over.htm
And now I am only able to play single player or Clone Bandits.
the other Mods and Maps are physically present but not available from 
the ut2004 startup menu.
Has onybody an idea how to solve this? Without to drop all and reinstall 
the whole thing?
