[ut2004] still no love with ut2004 amd64

I would try another power supply. Just because it doesn't crash in
Win32 doesn't mean anything. When UT2004 starts it could be putting a
surge on your PSU that it cannot handle, mostly the GFX card causing
this surge, yes it can and does happen. Windows has alot of power
management that Linux doesn't have also, even in the nvidia drivers.
