[ut2004] Fixing new install.

Hi,

IIRC, the weapon buttons also control positions in a vehicle; for the
Hellbender, it'll be 1 (Shield Gun) for driver, 2 (Assault Rifle) for shock
gunner and 3 (Biorifle) for laser gunner. Here's the relevant part of my
User.ini:

1=SwitchWeapon 1
2=SwitchWeapon 2
3=SwitchWeapon 3

    I just did a fresh install of UT2004 and noticed that I can't switch 
positions in the Hellbender anymore. Would someone be kind enough to 
tell me what I need to adjust/edit in the User.ini file so I can switch 
positions again.
