[ut2004] Problem under Linux

Yah UT2004 Don't deal with twinview AT ALL... Someone want to look into
this... Cedega handles twinview very well... (I.e fullscreening on the
screen which it was launched only...)

I'm guessing nobody bothered to add the couple of Xinerama calls to
determine how to deal..
