[ut2004] Problem under Linux

Ok my problem is fixed. I've installed the nvidia-glx-dev package, it
works now.

But another problem appears =) : I've a twinview, with the geforce4...
and so the screen is divided in two parts, and so I can see the
middle... How can I tell ut2004 to start on ONE of my two screens?! is
it possible?
