[ut2004] SDLGLDrv problems with UT demo on Linux

Dang, it was worth a shot...  Oh well, at least I can run UT2004 with
everything cranked down, or run the Quake 3 demo....  Thanks for
providing some closure as to why I couldn't get the bloody thing to
work, mate.
