[ut2004] SDLGLDrv problems with UT demo on Linux

AFAIK, the demo only supported D3D and Glide properly.  It was a thought to 
add regular OpenGL support to the demo, but it never was.  Back when the 
demo came out, everyone had their voodoo cards.  So unless you break out an 
old voodoo from the can, or find some sort of wrapper for linux, you may be 
SoL.  I tried to do this myself, so if anyone has some info I may have 
missed during my googling, proove me wrong please. :)
