[ut2004] Voice chat

I posted something on how to get driver mixing working under alsa not too
long ago. If you get alsa installed, you can check it out in the archive,
but on my machine at least, the software mixing slows down ut2004 so much
that it's no longer even playable. I suppose it's possible that I have
missed some tweaks or something in the setup somewhere.
