Online gaming problems

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but it seems like I die 
alot easier online than I do just playing bots.It seems like it only 
takes a couple of shots to kill me. Is this just my perception because 
I'm more nervous playing online, or has someone else had this problem 
too? Also, I was wondering how some of the players flip in the air? I 
haven't seen anything about that ability in the manual.
