I assume it's in ~/.ut2004/Saves although I have no idea what format 
those save games are in. Funny, when I had Karma crashes in single 
player and I restarted the game, it was as if I never began that map. I 
didn't lose any cash. Of course, if you're still in qualifying you could 
just start over.
