[ut2003io] 10 avg FPS. What the ... ?

There are a couple of things that have a significant impact on my frame rate: Detail Textures and Projectors.

With both of those off, I get much better results.

I'm using an ancient GeForce 2 GTS and an Athlon XP 1700+, and only in the worst of conditions does my framerate drop below 20fps.

I also have texture settings on low, but you should be able to run them on normal without too big a performance hit.
