[ut2003io] 10 avg FPS. What the ... ?

Hi!

With a dual amd mp 2000+ and an ATI Radeon with everything default at
800x600 I get about 20 fps. Turning everything down low and unchecking
almost everything I get about 40-45 FPS which definitely is playable but
a bit boring. I miss the silky smoothness of 75 FPS in Windows ( yeah, I
dualboot :P ), I HOPE there's hope for the ATI-driver tho.
