To get a true reality of how these BIOS tweaks improved your performance
set the game back to 800x600x16bit (the same settings that you had
before the BIOS tweaks) and run the benchmark again. Then compare the
results to those before the BIOS tweaks.
The AGP apature size should be set to the same size of RAM on your video
card (but don't go below 64MB ap.sz if you have a video card with less
than 64MB ram) The apature size uses some of your system RAM (main chips
on Mother board) as a buffer to the Video Card's RAM. Of coarse if you
only have 128MB of System RAM then setting the Ap.Sz to 128MB is not a
good Idea.
In conclusion:
If it works ............. use it :)
