loki_setup was buggy but recent UT2003 patches don't show this anymore, the 
game itself works fine AFAIK.

No Problems here, system as follows:
amd xp2000, 512mb ram, not enough hdd space ;)
debian unstable
glibc 2.3.1-9 currently
xfree 4.2.1-4
NVidia drivers 1.0-3123
TwinView setup with 2 * 1152x864x24
