[ut2003io] RedHat 9.0 and loki_patch

The patch will not work on glibc 3.2.x, youll need to download the patch
files manually and install them. The file Doug is talking about is for
the demo. You can just download the tarballs and apply them manually
(extracting to the ut2003 dir)
