[ut2003io] radeon 9700 - all ATI users

The following are the results for my system with the following detail
settings:
Texture Detail - Nomal
World Detail - High
Character Detail - Normal
Physics Detail - Normal

The following setting are enabled:
Character Shadows, Dynamic lighting, Detail Textures, Projectors,
Trileanear Filtering, Decals, Coronas, Foliage tuned on.

So it looks like the ATI 2.9.6 OpenGL driver for the 9000 Pro at least
is equivalent to their current shipping Windows 2000/XP driver.
